About

Fallen Arches

Fallen Arches, also referred to as Flat Feet, occur when the arch of the foot collapses, causing the entire sole to make contact with the ground when under load.

Understanding

Overpronation

The term for this flattening of the foot is overpronation.

Whilst pronation is a normal part of the gait cycle and helps to provide shock absorption at the foot, overpronation transfers this shock to the muscles, tendons and ligaments of the foot, ankle and knee.

This can lead to a wide range of problems and painful conditions of the lower limb, including Plantar Fasciitis, Shin Splints, Bunions and Runner's Knee, and so an intervention is extremely beneficial.

Insoles for

Fallen Arches

Expert podiatrists routinely prescribe arch support insoles to treat Fallen Arches, to great effect.

Insoles must be firm with a precise and accurately profiled arch and a deep heel cup, fully supporting every aspect of your foot.

You might be thinking “why me?”

Fallen Arches can affect any active individual.

I'd pretty much given up on insoles helping with pain relief until I came across these. Thanks for the advice and explanation.

I've tried lots of insoles that claimed to offer arch support over the years and none have been as good as these. I can't believe how much much more stable I feel.
